Instructions for Use
- Recommended dosage: 1-2 grams per liter
- Swelling time: 3-5 hours
- Especially suitable for white wines (apple wine, rhubarb wine, green gooseberry wine)
Bentonite Preparation
- Dissolve bentonite in water (1 part bentonite : 5 parts water)
- Allow to swell for 3-5 hours
- Remove excess water
- Mix with a small amount of wine or juice requiring clarification
- Add the mixture to the main batch and mix thoroughly
