Enartis Bianco Neve Wine Deacidification Agent 50g
Product composition: 95% potassium bicarbonate and 5% neutral tartrate
Usage: Designed to reduce wine acidity by up to 1% (in accordance with EU regulations). Suitable for all wine types, making the drink smoother and more palatable.

Usage instructions:
1. Measure the required amount (50-135g per 100 liters)
2. Mix a small amount of preparation with water
3. Add the mixed preparation to the wine and mix thoroughly
4. Let it sit for 2 days
5. After resting, carefully pour the wine, leaving the sediment at the bottom
