Usage
The Starter Kit, composed of stainless steel pots and high quality products suitable for preparation, measurement and cleaning of your equipment, allows you to make your favourite home-made Kombucha.
Properties
The kit includes a 200L stainless steel pot with stainless steel tap and lid, professional analog thermometer, stainless steel fermentation tank (200L) with tap, silicone seal and breathable cotton, beech wooden scoop, plastic measuring mug (5L), crystal clear tube, vase with cotton for Scoby storage, capping machine, pH meter, tilter, refractometer and potassium metabisulphite. The pot and fermentation tank feature high thickness stainless steel for temperature retention and easy sanitation. All accessories are suitable for food contact and home brewing.

Pot dimensions: ⌀63×68cm; fermentation tank: ⌀53×98cm. Major components are stainless steel 304. Accessories include beech wood, plastic, cotton, silicone, and glass. Fermentation tank and pot each hold 200 liters. Kit includes 1" and 1/2" stainless steel taps and lids as specified. No electric power required.
Warnings
Ensure all components are sanitized before use. Do not overtighten tap threads; align straight as described. Use only for intended home fermentation purposes.
