Usage
The Kombucha Wide Kit 200L is designed to allow you to prepare and ferment up to 200 liters of home-made kombucha. It is suitable for starter kombucha makers and enthusiasts who want a comprehensive set for brewing.
Properties
The kit features two 200L stainless steel containers: a brewing pot equipped with 1" tap, handles, a professional analog thermometer, and fitted stainless steel lid, and a TROLL fermentation tank with 3/4" tap, high thickness lid with breathable cotton and food-contact silicone seal, all easy to assemble and sanitize. Accessories include an 80cm beech wood scoop, a digital pH meter, a beer tilter, an ATC refractometer, a 5L vase with cotton cover for Scoby storage, crown capping machine, 5L plastic measuring mug, and 0.5m crystal clear tubing.

Pot dimensions: Ø 63 x 68cm height. Fermentation tank: Ø 71 x 55cm height. All main components are stainless steel. Thermometer included is analog, pH meter is digital, refractometer is analog. No power supply required.
Warnings
Not airtight; the fermentation tank is designed to allow airflow for kombucha. Clean equipment before and after each use for optimal results.
