Usage: Starter kit for home-made Kombucha, including equipment for preparation, measurement, and cleaning.
Properties: Main components are food-grade stainless steel pots (1x 100L brewing pot, 1x 100L fermentation tank) with taps and lids, plus beech scoop, pH meter, refractometer, measuring mug, and other accessories. All essential tools for brewing, fermentation, measurement, bottling and cleaning included.
Technical data: Pot capacity: 100 liters. Brewing pot size: diameter 53cm, height 48cm. Fermentation tank size: diameter 45.5cm, height 68cm. Pot and tank equipped with stainless steel taps (1" and 1/2"), lids (one with knob, one with breathable cotton & silicone seal). Beech wood scoop: 80cm. Measuring mug: 5L. Capping machine suitable for crown caps 26/29. Includes potassium metabisulphite (100g), crystal tube 0.5m, other measurement/protection accessories.
