Usage: This premium starter kit contains everything needed to brew your own Kombucha at home or for small-scale production. Suitable for beginners and experienced brewers, it provides the essential equipment for preparation, measurement and cleaning.
Properties: Includes a 100L stainless steel pot (high thickness, keeps temperature stable) with stainless steel tap, analog thermometer, stainless steel lid, and handles; a stainless steel TROLL fermentation tank with tap, high-thickness stainless steel lid, breathable cotton and food-grade silicone seal for optimal fermentation. Accessories: beech wood scoop (80cm), PH meter, tilter, refractometer with three scales, measuring mug (5L, plastic), 5L glass vase with breathable cotton for SCOBY storage, ECO capping machine, crystal-clear tube, potassium metabisulphite (100g). Stainless steel components are food-contact, corrosion resistant, easy to sanitize. Handles can be optionally welded on.
