DOSELITE Precise Liquid Dosing Device - Italian Quality

DOSELITE professional CE-certified dosing device is manufactured in Italy and is ideal for precise dosing of liquids from 20-700ml. The device works successfully with both viscous and hot purees and liquids.

Basic kit includes:

  • Adjustable dosing piston (20-700ml)
  • 3D valve for viscous liquids
  • Stainless steel filling nozzle (Ø20/25mm)
  • 15L raw material funnel (for additional cost)

Technical features:

  • Food industry standard seals
  • Stainless steel construction
  • Manually adjustable dosing volume
  • Two air pressure regulators for precise filling speed control
  • Easy and quick cleaning without special tools

Operation:

Works on vacuum principle - when button is pressed, liquid is drawn into the piston and precise amount is dosed through output nozzle using compressed air. Dosing volume is adjusted with a hand crank located on the back of the device.

Additional information:

  • Warranty: 12 months
  • Required for operation: 6-bar air compressor (50-100L with hydrophore, not included in price)
