DOSELITE - Professional Italian Dosing Device 5-380ml

DOSELITE is a CE-certified quality filling device from an Italian manufacturer, suitable for precise dosing of oil and various liquids in volumes of 5-380ml.

Package includes:

  • Adjustable dosing piston (5-380ml)
  • 3D valve for viscous liquids
  • Stainless steel filling nozzle (Ø20/25mm)
  • Raw material funnel (additional cost)

Main features:

  • Seals compliant with food industry standards
  • Stainless steel parts in contact with liquid
  • Adjustable liquid flow and speed with two air pressure regulators
  • Easy and quick cleaning without special tools
  • Precise dosing with hand crank

Operating principle:

The device operates on vacuum principle - pressing the button causes liquid suction into the piston and then discharge through the nozzle using compressed air. Dosing volume is precisely adjusted with a hand crank on the back of the device.

Technical requirements:

  • Requires 6-bar air compressor (50-100L with hydrophore)
  • Compressor not included
