The DANA API MATIC 1000 is a precise and reliable filling machine equipped with a gear pump. The heart of the machine is a powerful low-voltage DC motor that drives the gear pump through a special spiral transmission.
Computer-based control electronics ensure accurate dosing and perfect anti-drip function. The device has 20 filling programs where you can set weight, calibration factor, and other filling parameters.
The machine operates with high precision and is easy to program for different liquids. The pump function works in both directions, and speed can be adjusted as needed. All parts that come into contact with the filling substance are made of food-grade plastic or stainless steel and are easily disassembled and cleaned.
The table stand allows quick and convenient height adjustment of the filling machine for filling jars of different sizes. The stand is made of strong stainless steel and has a plastic jar guide that helps center the jar exactly under the nozzle. The jar guide can be adjusted back and forth according to the jar diameter.
