B.Master professional drying system is a compact and powerful industrial food dehydrator. The unit is equipped with 40 drying shelves, offering 14m² of processing surface and up to 160 kg load capacity. This modern drying equipment is ideal for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Efficient Drying Process
The drying process begins with raw material preparation - chopping herbs or slicing food products into maximum 1cm thick slices. Products are then placed in drying baskets and loaded into the drying tunnel. Drying temperature can be adjusted according to the product. For moist products, it is recommended to initially stop air circulation and reactivate it later to ensure energy efficiency.
Professional Equipment
B.Master is equipped with a powerful 5.1 kW electric heating system, allowing temperature regulation up to 65°C. Although it is the smallest model in the series, it includes all standard features of a professional dehydrator.
