The innovative single-stage concentration evaporator combines the advantages of heat pump and vacuum technology, offering significant energy savings in the production process.

  • Heat pump produces +35/40°C warm water for evaporator operation
  • Steam condenser uses +12°C cold water from the same heat pump
  • Automatic temperature regulation between +18/24°C
  • Maximum concentration: 65/70 Brix
  • Water required for cleaning: 300l

Operating Modes:

  • Circulation between tanks until desired concentration is achieved
  • Single-pass concentration between tanks
  • Partial volume concentration and mixing (e.g., 20%)
