The foil-lined container (IBC) enables convenient, hygienic, and cost-effective transport and storage of most liquid products.
The IBC system is a suitable plastic bag connected to the container, which can be successfully used in the production of egg masses, dairy products, processed fruits, shampoos, creams, detergents, biological products, etc.
Foil packaging for many industries
The foil packaging is adapted for food contact. Therefore, it is suitable for storing and transporting products such as sauces, oils, concentrates, chocolate, milk, cream, water, juices, alcohol, or puree. Foil bags with valves are also frequently used for storing and transporting various types of cosmetic products (including creams and gels) or pharmaceutical products. Available in volumes of 250-1400 liters, liquid packaging is hygienic and perfectly protects the product from harmful external factors or cross-contamination.
Reliable plastic bags with valves
The foil packaging consists of three layers of LLDPe foil. This means they are resistant to mechanical damage (especially cracks). Additionally, they withstand temperatures up to 85°C. We check the strength of the created foil bag with a blow test. At least 1% of each production batch undergoes restrictive tests to eliminate leakage risk.
It's worth adding that foil bags with valves - both those with a minimum volume of 250 liters and those with a volume of 1000 liters - are equipped with innovative security measures. These include Tamper Evident caps that protect the contents from external interference, eliminating the risk of uncontrolled product leakage. When used correctly, foil bags with valves (for transporting puree, sauces, concentrates, etc.) maintain their integrity throughout their use period.
The essence of our foil liners lies in their versatility and flexibility regarding containers used in the market. Packaging for liquids - concentrates, sauces, water, and many other products - is designed to fit comprehensively and smoothly into IBC tanks. The IBC system is the integrity of multiple elements, such as cardboard octabins or plastic (or metal) containers. Additionally, we cooperate with suppliers of 250 l, 500 l, and 1000 l containers, thanks to which we offer a complete bag-in-box system.

Usage principle: The IBC system (Intermediate Bulk Container) consists of an outer rigid container and an inner foil liner. Liquid is poured into the liner, and it maintains the product hygienically, protecting it from external influences. A special valve (MET/PET 2" PEAK CAP) enables safe liquid inlet and outlet. The system is designed for transporting and storing large volumes of liquids for industrial purposes.
