Usage: Filtered solution of selected gum arabic for wine stabilization. Participates in the colloidal structure of wines.
Features: Translucent solution with very pale amber yellow color. Purity >99.5%. Contains 300g/l rubber dry matter.
Technical data: Dosage: 100-150ml/hl. Density: 1100/1105±1. SO2: 2.5g/l±0.5. Ash <4%. Heavy metals <20ppm. Mercury <1ppm. Lead <5ppm. Iron <10ppm. Cadmium <1ppm. Turbidity ≤80 Ntu.
