Usage: 150L stainless steel (AISI 304) motorized pot with inverter, designed for production in brewing, food, and pharmaceutical sectors as well as home production.
Properties: Built from 18/10 stainless steel (AISI 304) ensuring perfect chemical stability and food safety. The thick reinforced lid with seamless stainless steel hooks ensures consistent temperature retention. Integrated mashing blades and an agitator motor with gear motor and inverter allow rotation speed adjustment between 6 and 42 rpm (direction reversible). Features include Tri-Clamp quick-connection system (CLAMP 1" 1/2 valve, hose nozzle, gaskets, and clamps), professional analogue thermometer with probe, digital keypad control, and sturdy stainless steel handles and knob. Assembly/disassembly is tool-free for easy cleaning.
