Usage: The 500-liter motorized mash tun made of thick and highly resistant 18/10 (AISI 304) stainless steel is designed for producing high-quality craft beers. Included are a professional analog thermometer and stirring paddles, and it is easy to transport with its two practical handles.
Properties: Features reinforced stainless steel cover with hooks, 220V motor (0.37kW) gearmotor (28 RPM), and stainless steel handles and blades. It has a DIN25 stainless steel ball valve with 20mm internal hose barb, sparge sphere with PG20 hose barb, probe holder for thermometer, and thermometer protection. The thick base and walls maintain correct temperature and prevent caramelization, even without insulation.
Technical data: Inner diameter 930mm, height 800mm, base thickness 2mm, wall thickness 1.5mm, overall motor size 1020x1055mm (h). Material: AISI 304 stainless steel. Not suitable for induction heating.
Warnings: Not suitable for induction heating systems. Optional round manhole 300mm is available on request (extra charge).
