Automatic Stainless Steel Butter Churn for Small Producers - 32L Capacity
Professional stainless steel butter churn equipped with a 32-liter tank (processing volume 4-13L, optimal 8-12L). Powerful 370W motor enables two-stage speed regulation (70/140 rotations per minute). The device automatically shuts off after a 20-minute work cycle.
Operating Instructions:
- Warm the cream product to be processed to a temperature of +10 to +15°C.
- Clean and cool the machine interior with cold water for better processing results.
- Fill the tank 10-40%, ensuring the product doesn't cover the mixing unit. Minimum processing quantity is 4L.
- Close the tank lid with safety hooks.
- Start the motor - use maximum speed for low fat content.
Normal processing time is 12-15 minutes, varying depending on fat content, quantity, and temperature. Lower temperature extends processing time but ensures better quality end result.
Cleaning and Finishing:
- Open the bottom valve to drain residual milk (working mixer accelerates the process).
- Rinse the product through the upper valve with cold water (+6 to +12°C), using minimum mixing speed.
- Remove the finished butter mass, using both hands to remove the mixing unit - one hand holds the mixer, the other removes the safety hook and pin.
