Close the container lid and security hooks. 5. Turn the top switch from the control unit and then the start switch. With the top small button, you can adjust the working speed of the mixer. If the amount of fat is low in the product - turn the speed. You can also use a speed regulator for a later end product for purifying the water. The work process is usually 20min.
