MilkCab 400L Mobile Milk Pasteurizer with Electric Drive and 24kW Panel

MilkCab 400L raw milk pasteurization, 4-wheeled, with electric drive, 24kW panel is a larger capacity professional milk processing system for bigger farms. The device enables large-scale utilization of "sick" or unmarketable milk through pasteurization, turning losses into profits and significantly reducing dependency on milk replacers.

System Configuration and Power

The system consists of two parts: a wall-mounted water and electric panel (24kW) and a mobile 4-wheeled tank with electric drive. The powerful 24kW panel heats water faster up to 90-100°C and supplies the heat exchanger for more intensive milk processing. After pasteurization, the panel cools the milk to feeding temperature.

Electric Drive and Mobility

Electric drive is mandatory additional equipment for models of this capacity. The device is equipped with an 800W electric motor and two 12V 45Ah batteries, ensuring approximately 2.5-3 hours of continuous operation time. Adjustable driving speed and 100W feeding pump enable precise portioning (accuracy 0.25L). Front wheel brake and emergency brakes on rear wheels ensure safe operation.

Tank Construction and Insulation

The 400-liter tank is made of stainless steel (AISI 304) and insulated with 45mm polyurethane foam insulation. The heat exchanger in the tank's side wall and bottom ensures quick milk heating and energy savings. The larger volume allows processing more milk in one cycle.

Control System and Automation

The 4.3-inch color touchscreen's resistive technology ensures high durability and intuitive user interface. PLC software enables full automation and process control, while the timing function allows farmers to plan milk preparation at desired times. The agitator motor ensures temperature uniformity throughout the milk volume.

Design Features

The hermetically sealed lid prevents milk loss even on uneven roads. The polyphosphate filter prevents calcium deposits in the water circuit.
