Food Compatibility Categories
- Category A: foodstuffs pH > 4.5 and up to 10% alcohol
- Category B: acidic foodstuffs pH < 4.5
- Category C: products up to 20% alcohol
- Category D1: products up to 50% alcohol
Quality Control
Tested with the following simulants: 3% acetic acid, 20% ethanol, and 50% ethanol. Testing period: 10 days at 40°C.
⚠️ Important: Various solutions (high alcohol content, essential oils, solvents) may damage rubber and silicone components. Ensure seal material compatibility with the liquid being used. NBR rubber is not suitable for essential oils.
