CO2 Regulator with two manometers (4.5bar safety valve)
This is a Type 30 - MK5 CO2 regulator equipped with two manometers and a 4.5bar safety valve and 65psi gauge. It's a tool-free mounting regulator that allows for easy and quick installation.
Latest features:
1. One-handed cylinder attachment. No wrench needed to attach the regulator to the CO2 cylinder. You can easily secure it with the handwheel using one hand. This is possible thanks to the new seal that compresses easily without risk of seal damage or leakage.
2. Self-service maintenance without vices or special equipment. The regulator's internal parts are now smaller and accessible from the back plate. You can now easily disassemble the regulator knob area, which has an M8 hex head, and clean the regulator from any contamination.
3. Output with check valve, ball valve, and integrated 8mm duotight connection.
4. Class 2.5 triple-scale manometers showing kPa, bar, and PSI units (accuracy +-2.5%).
5. Completely new protective cover design. The new protective cover is made of ultra-high molecular density polyethylene. This means that even with heavy use and load by homebrewers (for example during CO2 carbonation), the up-and-down moving cover is less likely to scratch and create brass dust that could otherwise cause pressure rise due to internal contamination.
6. Stronger steel manometers made from thicker steel.
7. Color-coded PRV (pressure relief valves). This unit comes with a 65psi green PRV. It does not include the red 35psi or grey 100psi PRV.
8. M6 mounting holes for easy installation. Note that for flat mounting, you'll need to remove the handwheel as it may interfere with installation.

These gas distribution manifolds are designed to work with pressures up to 6.9 bar (100 psi) and include 4 gas line outputs with 4 x 1/4-inch (6.35 mm) ball valves with MFL thread. This is a simple and convenient way to create multiple gas lines from a single gas line. You can additionally attach a gas ball lock post with a 1/4-inch (6.35 mm) bulkhead if you want to easily disconnect and reconnect the gas line. Alternatively, you can also install Duotight 8 mm to 1/4-inch (6.35 mm) push-in fittings on this manifold. However, this would lose the advantage of the built-in check valve and the ability to isolate each gas line separately. NOTE: This product is not suitable for beer or other beverages. For gas only. Please note that due to the check valve mechanism, the pressure drops in these manifold ball valves by approximately 0.14 bar (2 psi). The regulator needs to be set about 0.14 bar (2 psi) higher than the desired pressure in the keg.
