Cleaner Chemclean Powder 1kg alkaline for brewing equipment

Usage: Chemclean Powder is an effective alkaline cleaner suitable for both hot and cold use, highly utilized by brewers for deep-cleaning brewing equipment, fermentation tanks, cornelius barrels, and more.

Features: This detergent effectively eliminates proteins, stains, carbon, and fatty acids. Works well on stainless steel, soft metals, plastics, and glass. Same cleaning power as PBW, Craftclean, and similar products.

Instructions for use:

• Mixing ratio: Dissolve 50g Chemclean in 5 litres of water for manual cleaning (scrubbing). 50g per 20 litres of water for soaking. Dosage can be increased up to 5% depending on soiling conditions.
• Remove as much loose dirt as possible by rinsing equipment and containers before cleaning.
• Manual cleaning: Scrub all surfaces with the cleaner until all surfaces are clean.
• Circulation cleaning: Use 50g per 20 litres of water for fermentation vessels, barrels, tanks and other equipment. Circulate for 30 minutes at up to 60°C. Mixing ratio and circulation time may need to be adjusted depending on the amount of soiling.
• Soaking: Ensure all equipment to be cleaned is fully submerged. Soak for 4 hours at up to 60°C, or soak in cold water overnight.
• Rinse equipment thoroughly after cleaning. The solution can be reused during the cleaning process.
• Do not use on Teflon-coated surfaces.
