Cleaner 5L Pipeline Professional beer line

Usage: An enhanced version of Chemisphere UK's highly concentrated and authentic alkaline Pipeline Purple Beer Line Cleaner, ideal for cleaning tap lines. Professional use is recommended for optimal results. Pipeline is specifically formulated to dissolve contaminants like yeast, proteins and sugars in the tap line.

Features: This Pipeline product changes color when the hose is dirty, indicating it is safe to use on various materials such as pipes, meters, pumps, beer engines, taps and fittings. When used as directed, it will turn a stable purple color once clean. It does not contain caustic soda.

Technical data: Mixing ratio: Dissolve in water 2.5% (250ml to 10 liters of water). Cleaning: Turn off any inline coolers. Mix the cleaning solution in a plastic or stainless steel container and pump the solution through the beer line into a white bucket until the solution appears purple. Let it soak for at least 10 minutes, then continue draining the discolored fluid until purple color is visible. Repeat the process until the purple color is stable throughout the beer line system. Rinse: Pump fresh cold water through to flush out all the purple liquid, followed by another portion of water. Verify the purity of this water using Pipeline Rinse Water Test Papers: Dip the paper under running water. If there is any trace of Pipeline in the water, the test paper will turn purple. If the paper remains pink, no cleaning solution remains and the rinse is complete.

Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection/face protection. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present - continue rinsing. IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower. If skin irritation occurs: Get medical advice/attention.
