Usage: High alkalinity foam detergent for daily cleaning of surfaces with critical contaminations in the food industry and zoo-technical sector. Effectively removes organic contamination such as cooked animal and vegetable fats, greasy and carbonaceous soil from smoking ovens and fryers. Excellent clinging on vertical surfaces.
Features: Compatible with most materials in food industries. Can be applied with various supply equipment (foam applicators, centralized systems). Physical appearance: brown clear liquid. pH: >12. Relative density at 20°C: 1.45±0.05.
Technical data: pH (1% solution at 20°C): >12. Conductivity 1% sol. at 25°C: 20 mS/cm. Packaging: 25 Kg.
Usage instructions: Pre-wash with water (35-50°C), apply foam at 3-6% concentration. Contact time: 10-15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with drinking water. Avoid prolonged contact (>1 hour).
Warnings: Do not use on light alloys such as aluminium and zinc-plated iron. Store in original containers, avoid extreme temperatures. Frost sensitive - keep above 7°C.
