Usage instructions for winemakers
Recommended dosage: 10-80 g/hL according to wine protein content. For young red wines, 5-10 g/hL is sufficient for removing unstable color compounds.
Preparation: Dissolve 1 part bentonite in 10 parts water (preferably at 50°C). Stir for 2 hours and let stand for 12-24 hours for optimal results.
Storage and packaging
Product is packed in 1kg hermetic bag. Shelf life 4 years in original packaging in dry and odor-free environment. Do not reuse opened package.
