High-quality flavor concentrate for making white rum at home. Light and clean flavor profile that gives alcohol an authentic Caribbean white rum character with subtle notes of sugarcane and tropical fruits. 50ml of concentrate is sufficient to make 1.25 liters of white rum.

Working principle: The flavoring contains aroma and flavor compounds and glycerin which, when dissolved in alcohol, create the characteristic light and fresh taste and aroma profile of white rum. Unlike dark rum, white rum flavoring contains no colorants, maintaining the transparent and clear appearance of the drink.

Instructions: Pour the entire 50ml package contents into a container and add 40% alcohol until reaching a total volume of 1.25 liters. Rinse the remaining flavoring from the package with a small amount of alcohol to use the entire concentrate. For best results, we recommend using quality neutral alcohol.

White rum is ready for consumption immediately after mixing, but you can let it stand for a few hours to allow the flavors to harmonize. Perfect for making cocktails like mojito, daiquiri, or piña colada.
