Cognac Flavoring - 50ml
Premium flavoring concentrate for making French-style cognac at home. Elegant and refined flavor bouquet that gives alcohol an authentic cognac character with complex notes of berries, oak, and spices. 50ml of concentrate is sufficient to make 1.25 liters of cognac.
Principle of Use
The flavoring contains carefully selected aroma and flavor compounds that mimic the aromas developed during traditional cognac's long aging process. Coloring agent E150a (caramel) gives the drink its classic amber-golden color, indicating quality and maturity.
Instructions
Pour the entire 50ml package contents into a container and add 40% alcohol until reaching a total volume of 1.25 liters. Rinse the remaining flavoring residue in the package with a small amount of alcohol to use all concentrate. For best results, we recommend using quality neutral alcohol.
The final product is ready immediately after mixing, but for flavor harmonization and smoothness, we recommend letting the drink rest for at least 24 hours before serving. Enjoy neat, with ice, or use in luxury cocktails.
