Usage: The CIP washing system 50 with resistance heater provides automatic internal cleaning of brewery pipes, tanks, fermenters, equipment and filters, without disassembly. Intended for use with alkaline solutions, descaler, peracetic acid solutions or water, it recycles cleaning solutions at controlled temperatures and pressures for efficiency and resource savings.
Properties: Fully constructed from food-grade 18/10 stainless steel, equipped with 3 removable 50L tanks (customizable up to 1000L), DIN 15 stainless valves and connections, electrical heater (0–120°C regulation by thermostat/probe), and a stainless pump (230/400V, HP 1.4). The unit is mounted on a wheeled trolley for easy mobility and features two tank valves (bottom and front).
Technical data: Pump: 1.4kW, heater: 2kW, flow rate: 110L/min (6600L/h), single phase power 230/400V ±10% 50Hz, temperature maximum 120°C, size: 1285 × 400 × 1160mm.
