Use: Designed for automatic cleaning of brewing equipment and fermenters, the CIP washing system features 3 x 50-liter stainless steel tanks on a robust, mobile chassis. Suitable for removing organic and inorganic contamination using a recycling process, this system facilitates cleaning without disassembly of pipes and tanks.
Features: Equipped with a stainless steel electrical pump (1.4 HP), single-phase 230/400V 50Hz supply, with a flow rate of 110 liters per minute. The system includes DIN 15 stainless steel valves and connectors, with an operating temperature up to 110°C. The tanks feature a bottom valve and a front valve (40mm from bottom) for efficient residue management. Compatible with alkaline and sanitizing solutions as well as water.
