High-quality prismatic copper springs are specially designed for efficient filling of distillation columns. The springs have a capacity of 0.25 liters and ensure optimal heat exchange.

Distillation Column Packing Material Properties:
Prismatic springs offer maximum surface-to-volume ratio, ensuring efficient heat exchange from the boiler to the evaporator. To achieve quality distillate (93%), it is recommended to install 6-8 theoretical layers, where one layer height is approximately 2 cm.
Usage Instructions and Recommendations:
- For higher purity distillate, use at least 40 theoretical layers
- Wash springs thoroughly before first use
- Consider the properties and purity of the source material during distillation
