Usage Principle
DuoTight Quick Connect allows easy and quick connection of hoses in beer production or other liquid/gas systems. Simply push the hose into the fitting and it locks automatically, ensuring a secure and leak-proof connection.
What is EPDM?
EPDM = Ethylene Propylene Rubber, which has excellent resistance to chemicals, including ozone, oils, various alkalis and acids, water, alcohol, ketones, and beverages. EPDM is also resistant to aging, weather, and doesn't degrade as easily as other rubber compounds. Compared to silicone and vinyl, EPDM has better gas permeation rates, better wear resistance, is BPA-free, and is the preferred choice in many long-term food-grade applications.
