The use of double O-rings ensures twice the sealing surface compared to conventional quick fittings. This makes the fittings more reliable and significantly reduces the chance of leakage.

Suitable for EVABarrier beer and gas hoses (with 4 mm and 5 mm internal diameter) or most hoses with 8 mm outer diameter. Duotight 1.10 design version.
No clamps necessary! We recommend cutting your hoses straight to ensure a complete seal. To remove the fitting, simply press the collet and pull out the hose. These push-in fittings are suitable for use up to 100 psi (6.9 bar) pressure.
These fittings are engineered for maximum performance in both gas and liquid applications. Duotight uses double safety with two EPDM O-rings per hose port, which other quick fittings on the market don't have.
EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Rubber) has excellent chemical resistance, compatible with ozone, oils, alkalis, acids, water, alcohol, and beverages. It is resistant to aging and weather. Compared to silicone and vinyl, EPDM has better gas transmission rates, better wear resistance, is BPA-free, and is the preferred choice for long-term food-grade applications.
Usage principle: Duotight push-in fittings create hermetic connections in beer and gas hose systems quickly without the need for clamps. The hose is pushed into the fitting where the double O-ring ensures a leak-proof connection. To disconnect, press on the collar and pull out the hose.
