Usage: The Alfa 70 Vertical Press with Removable Wooden Cage is designed for high-precision food processing, suitable particularly for pressing grapes. Its robust construction and high-quality materials ensure hygienic operation for wine and juice making.

Properties: The press features a stainless steel body and trolley-mounted gathering basin for easy operation and cleaning. The removable cage is made from steamed beech wood. The pressing plate and gathering basin are also stainless steel, guaranteeing compliance with food safety standards. The system is hydraulic, using a chromed double-acting piston for fast operation. Pressure is automatically regulated up to 350 bar by an integrated automatic manometer. Standard electric power supply is 220V single phase, with 380V available by request. Power consumption is 700W. Capacity is up to 320 liters.
