Usage: Hydraulic wine press with stainless steel 80cm diameter cage is ideal for small and medium wine production. Suitable for pressing grapes, grape marc and pomace.
Properties: Entirely made in Italy. Cage constructed in stainless steel with removable pins, reinforced epoxy-enamelled must basin. Drawn steel worm screw for extreme pressing force and durability. Complete with hydraulic jack (pressure gauge and cast iron), chunks, crescents, and ready to use. Analog gauge included.
Technical data: Basket volume: 475L. Cage size: diameter 800mm, height 950mm. Max operating pressure: 400atm. Handles up to 1500kg of grapes per cycle. Weight: 415kg.
