Properties: Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel with 75L capacity, ergonomic handles, reinforced thick stainless steel lid with hooks and steam escape holes, and professional analogue thermometer with dedicated probe intake. Equipped with Tri-Clamp 1"1/2 DN25 valve, stainless steel connections, food-grade silicone scraper, and gear motor with adjustable speed (6–42 rpm) and inversion, all managed via digital keypad panel. Not suitable for induction heating.
