Usage: This motorized jam pot is ideal for producing high quality jam at small production scale. The integrated food grade silicone scraper prevents burning and caramelization, and the professional analog thermometer allows precise temperature monitoring.
Properties: Made of high-thickness AISI 304 stainless steel (18/10), the pot includes a reinforced stainless steel lid with steam outlet, a 220V rpm gear motor (28 RPM, 0.09kW), stainless steel mashing blades, a 1" stainless steel ball valve, and ergonomic handles. Features include stainless steel protection for the thermometer, a probe input, and a food-plastic curve connection.
