Properties: Built from thick 18/10 (AISI 304) stainless steel, the pot provides excellent heat resistance, easy cleaning, and maintains drink quality. It features a reinforced airtight lid, handles, a 1" stainless steel tap, an inlet for a thermometer probe, and a professional analog thermometer. The gear motor operates stainless steel mashing blades at 28 RPM, powered by a 220V motor with 0.09kW consumption. The bottom and walls are thick (1.5mm and 1mm, respectively) to prevent caramelisation and improve heat retention.
