Mower-shredder RG-240 with accessories, double rotor

The RG-240 double-rotor flail mower is a three-point linkage (PTO) implement designed to work with 0.6 ÷ 0.9T class agricultural tractors. Power transmission occurs through the tractor's power take-off shaft (PTO). The flail mower has wide applications in gardens, berry plantations, meadows, and agricultural lands. The machine crushes grass, crop residues, straw, branches (up to 4 cm in diameter), and shrubs. The crushed material remains on the soil as organic fertilizer. The flail mower has adjustable cutting height (from 3 cm and higher), ensuring operation without clogging even with lodged vegetation. The higher cutting height option allows crushing stems and plant residues in root crops. The machine should not operate in very rocky areas. We also manufacture non-standard size flail mowers on special customer order. We are the only company in Poland that produces machines equipped with modern PK10 angular gearbox with 55 kW input power.

The operating principle of the device is that the rotating rotor blades cut and shred plant material, which then remains on the surface to decompose, enriching the soil with organic matter.
