Usage: The Malt Muncher 3 Roller Mill is specifically designed for brewers processing batches exceeding 7kg. With larger roller size and hopper capacity (~5.5kg), this mill is perfect for those who want to spend less time feeding the mill and more time enjoying brew-day. The three-roller design provides an extra crush when passing through, allowing double crushing to your exact specifications.

Features: Includes grain hopper, manual crank handle with 12mm crank shaft, roller adjustment knobs, and reinforced chassis with pre-aligned mounting holes for perfect stability when mounting to a board. The 12 TPI knurl efficiently pulls grain through rollers while leaving hull intact to form an excellent filter bed for sparging. The third bottom roller is adjustable for refined crushing. Compatible with High Torque Motor.

Technical data: Hopper capacity: approximately 5.5kg. Recommended operation speed: around 200rpm. Crank shaft diameter: 12mm. Designed for malted barley, wheat and rye.

Warnings: When using a drill, do not exceed recommended speed as this can risk cooking/burning your grain and impeding the mill's performance. Use just enough power to get it going and catching, around the 200rpm mark. These units have been designed for malted barley, wheat and rye only.
