Usage: Professional distillation lid designed for 100L Gen 4 BrewZillas. Engineered with enhanced structural stability for heavy stills and off-center steam condenser units. The integrated sight glass allows real-time monitoring of wash boiling and foam detection. For indoor beer brewing with steam condenser lid sets, the removable 3" sight glass enables hop/salt additions without complete lid removal (exercise caution with hot contents).
Features: Manufactured from PPSU (Polyphenylsulfone) - premium engineering plastic with exceptional chemical resistance and thermal stability up to 200°C. Superior impact resistance and transparency enable complex injection-molded designs impossible in stainless steel or laboratory glass. Compatible with 4" Tri-Clover glass sight glass bubble plate stills, 2" to 4" Tri-Clover concentric reducers, AlcoEngine Thor's Hammerhead reflux stills, and any equipment with 2" Tri-Clover ports. Includes enhanced silicone O-ring for improved sealing, 4" Tri-Clover top ferrule port, and 3" sight glass ferrule.
