This specific hole punch set is designed for making 22mm holes. The hole punch enables creating precise, clean holes in various materials without the need for edge filing.

Instructions for Use

• To make a hole, first drill a pilot hole using a stepped drill bit.
• Place the bolt through the hole.
• Attach the die and punch from the punch kit.
• Use a ring spanner to tighten the bolt.
• Continue tightening the bolt until you hear a click indicating the punch has gone through the metal.
• Remove the assembly from the hole and unscrew the die and punch set.
• Remove the cut-out material.
• Admire the perfectly clean hole you have just made in the metal sheet. No filing or cleaning of the hole is necessary.

• 20mm - Ideal for 12.7mm (1/2") holes for ball valves, brewery builds, etc.
• 22mm - Perfect size for 15.9mm (5/8") holes for beer taps and other brewing equipment. Suitable for making holes in kegerator or refrigerator doors.
