Product Usage Principle
This model differs from traditional distillers with its innovative design. In a conventional distiller, the berry mass and water are mixed in the boiling pot, but with this rotating column model, the steam production works differently. The copper pot serves only as a steam generator, with the berry mass placed in a separate column, avoiding direct contact with water. This ensures the preparation of a purer and higher-quality distillate.
