Caramel Color EBC 50000 is a very dark brown food coloring produced by heat treatment of sugars. Classification: Class 4, E150d, also known as sulfite ammonia caramel. This product is intended for professional use in the food industry where a deep and intense dark brown shade is desired.

Caramel color is used to add and standardize color in various food products. It is excellent for the production of ice cream, confectionery and pastry products, as well as in the meat industry for coloring sausages, marinades and ready-made meals.
