Caramel Color EBC 19900 is a dark brown food coloring produced by heat treatment of sugars. Classification: Class 3, E150c, also known as ammonia caramel. This product is intended for professional use in the food industry where a uniform and intense brown shade is desired.
Caramel color is used to add and standardize color in various food products. It is excellent for the production of ice cream, confectionery and pastry products, as well as in the meat industry for coloring sausages, marinades and ready-made meals. It is also widely used in the beverage industry, including the production of soft drinks, beer, liqueurs and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
