Usage: The EASY 50 drop-in system lets homebrewers and microbreweries produce "All Grain" craft beer simply and economically. Designed for home and pilot brewery use, it is highly customizable—perfect for small-batch production. The system minimizes use of the electric pump, employing it mainly during wort cooling.
Properties: Fully made of AISI 304 stainless steel (18/10 for foodstuffs), the system ensures hygiene and compliance with food safety regulations. Key features include a motorised 50L mash pot (220V), 50L sparge pot, 75L boiling pot, 75L conical fermenter (60°), Halo wort filter, stainless steel fly sparge, 3x 5.5kW cast iron gas burners, and a high-thick lid. Pots are configured on three levels (sparge, mash, boil) for operational efficiency.
