Usage: Ideal for micro-breweries and home brewers; allows you to brew up to 250 liters of craft beer per batch. Includes three 300-liter pots for sparge water, mashing, and boiling, plus a grain filter and stainless steel supporting structure.
Properties: Entirely constructed of thick food-grade AISI 304 stainless steel for durability and hygiene. Inner surface is mirror polished; exterior is flower-pattern embossed. Reinforced thick lid with inspection flap, analogue thermometer, various stainless steel fittings, handles, and ball valves for complete brewing control. Gas-powered with 3 high-power (26kW) stainless steel burners with safety valve, pilot flame, and piezoelectric ignition for convenience and safety. Motorized agitator for mashing (28rpm).
Technical data: Pot capacity: 300 liters each; diameter: 720mm; height: 800mm. Boil and sparge pots include partial and adjustable total discharge ball valves. Analog display thermometer. Optional: stainless steel round grain emptying door.
Warnings: For use with LPG (can be adapted for methane gas on demand). Professional installation recommended. Do not use with fuel types not specified by manufacturer.
