Cleaning Used Barrels: Clean with anhydrous soda solution (1kg soda per 10L hot water). Brush inner surface thoroughly. Rinse with clean water. Soak in tartaric acid solution (10g/L) for 2-3 days. Disinfect with sulfur strip (1/4 strip per 100L). Storing Empty Barrels: Rinse with clean water. Let drain for 24h. Burn sulfur strip (1/4 strip per 100L). Seal openings with silicone bungs.
