Food Compatibility Categories

• Category A: foodstuffs pH > 4.5 and up to 10% alcohol
• Category B: acidic foodstuffs pH < 4.5
• Category C: products up to 20% alcohol
• Category D1: products up to 50% alcohol

Quality Control

Tested with the following simulants: 3% acetic acid, 20% ethanol, and 50% ethanol. Testing period: 10 days at 40°C.
