Usage:
Ideal for the storage of wine and other liquid foods.
Properties:
Made of food-grade stainless steel 18/10 with an embossed flower-patterned exterior and welded, concave bottom for easy cleaning. The tank features an oil floating lid that rests directly on the liquid surface. By pouring a barrier of food-grade paraffin oil between the edge of the lid and the tank wall, air is kept from coming into contact with the liquid. The tank includes a dust lid with knob for added protection.
