This product is essential auxiliary equipment for wine making, kombucha fermentation, cheese mixing, soaking and infusing berries and other food products.
The fermenter, made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, is equipped with a partial outlet connected to the cylindrical section and a complete outlet at the bottom, allowing easy emptying and cleaning. The 40 cm high stainless steel legs ensure perfect stability.
The general principle of using the tank is that thanks to the steel quality and conical bottom, it's possible to produce high-quality fermented foods while ensuring easy cleaning and meeting hygiene requirements.
