Usage: Professional short shank assembly for connecting beer taps to kegerator fonts and draft beer towers. Compatible with 3" (76mm) diameter towers and designed for duotight push-fit connections, eliminating the need for hose heating and clamping.
Features: AISI 304 stainless steel construction with 6.5mm duotight-compatible barb. Includes complete mounting hardware: ring collar, nut, right-angle font collar, and shaped internal collar. Redesigned barb (post-March 2021) provides increased reliability. Can still accommodate traditional stepless clamps with proper installation technique.
Technical data: Barb size: 6.5mm (1/4") duotight compatible. Tower diameter: 3" (76mm). Material: Stainless steel. Recommended beer line: 8mm OD EVABarrier hose with 6.5mm x 8mm duotight reducer (sold separately). Optimal line lengths: 4mm ID x 8mm OD = 1.5-2.1m; 5mm ID x 8mm OD = 2.0-3.2m.
